1. Do you provide hotel transfers?
Yes. Hotel transfers are included for all of our ATV tours anywhere on Koh Samui.
2. Where is Jungle Quad located?
Jungle Quad ATV Quad Bike Tours is located in the mountain area of Nathon, Koh Samui. Follow the Google Maps link — the pin takes you directly to our ATV camp.
3. Can I drive to the camp myself?
Yes. You can self-drive by following the Google Maps link directly to our camp. On-site customer parking is available. The final stretch is a private road, and Jungle Quad guests are permitted to use it.
4. What tour options do you offer?
We offer three tours:

6. Are ATVs easy to ride for beginners?
Yes. All ATVs are automatic and beginner-friendly, and our guides adjust the route to match your experience level.
7. What is the minimum age to join?
Drivers must be 16+
Passengers must be 4+
8. Is there a passenger option on the ATVs?
Yes. Each ATV can take one driver and one passenger.
9. What is the maximum weight limit per ATV?
The maximum combined weight per ATV is 140 kg.
10. Do I need a driving license to join?
No. A driving license is NOT required to ride our ATVs.
11. Do you provide helmets and safety equipment?
Yes. Helmets and full safety equipment are provided and required for all riders.
12. What should I wear for the tour?
We recommend:
– Comfortable clothes
– Closed shoes or flip flops are OK
– Sunglasses
– Swim clothes and a towel for the optional waterfall swim
– Optional spare clothes
13. Can I bring my phone or camera?
Yes. We provide secure bags & lockers, and guides can help take photos during the tour.
14. Do tours run in the rain?
Yes. We ride in all weather conditions unless it becomes dangerous. If safety is compromised, we will reschedule or refund.
15. Is the Secret Waterfall a real natural waterfall?
Yes. The Secret Waterfall is a real natural jungle waterfall on Jungle Quad’s exclusive route.
16. Do you offer private tours?
Yes. You can upgrade to our private tour experience for an additional 2500 THB
17. Are there any restrictions before riding?
Yes. No alcohol is allowed before the tour. Safety always comes first.

– Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour
– Less than 24 hours: 100% charge

Yes. We can arrange a wide range of top-rated experiences, including ziplining, jet skis, elephant feeding, and snorkeling trips. Many guests like to combine activities—such as an ATV tour in the morning and ziplining in the afternoon—and we’re happy to arrange this for you. 23. How many ATVs are there per tour?
To keep the experience safe, personal, and enjoyable, we run a maximum of 12 customer ATVs
per tour.
